About Whakatipu Reforestation Trust:

Since 2013 we’ve worked with community volunteers to propagate and plant over 100,000 native trees and shrubs throughout the Basin, restoring pockets of public land into ecological corridors. We also pass on local botanical knowledge and teach practical restoration and conservation skills through our Educate For Nature programmes.

Our vision is to restore the native biodiversity of the Whakatipu Basin. We work towards this through delivering work under our three strategic pou/pillars: Revegetation, Community and Collaboration, and Education and Engagement.

If you’re the person to help us achieve this ambitious vision, send your CV with a covering note to chair@wrtqt.org.nz telling us why you’re the one for the job. Applications close 26 January.
